Beloved husband of the late Irene, a caring father of Debra, Cheryl, Thomas, Jason, Shane and the late Edward, Kathleen and Janet, grandad, great-grandad, an uncle to close friends, life long member of the Labour Party, Immingham Town Councillor, School Govenor, Royal Navy Seaman and Boy Seaman. Loved and never forgotten. A service to celebrate Victor's life will be held at St Andrew's Church, Church Lane, Immingham on Saturday, 15th February 2020 at 09.45 hours followed by an interment at Immingham Cemetery.
