JackSMITHPeacefully in Scunthorpe General Hospital on Sunday the 29th of November 2020 in his 101st year. Loving husband of the late Edna, much loved dad of Judy, grandad to Steven, Louise and Paul, great grandad to Isabelle, uncle and great friend to many. A private service will take place on Wednesday the 16th of December at 10.00am at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe.
