June AnneSMITHPassed away peacefully at home on 13th August 2021 aged 74 years. Much loved mum, nana, great grandma and friend to many. Will be sadly missed by all. A funeral service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium (main chapel) on Wednesday 1st September at 12:30pm. Floral tributes welcome and may be sent c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, Littleover, Derby DE23 6FP. Tel 01332 332302.

My beautiful Nana June, you had such a wonderful life surrounded by family who love you so much. I will never forget our amazing days out from when I was a little girl and all the way through my life. My soulmate❤️
