Terence JohnSMITHSuddenly on 19th November after a very short illness, Terry aged 58 years. Much loved son of the late Betty and Stan, a beloved brother and also a cherished uncle of Laura, Paul and Beth. Service and cremation to take place on Thursday December 8th in the Chapel of St Bede, Teesside Crematorium at 11:30am. Would friends please meet at the crematorium chapel. Family flowers only please by request. Donations in lieu if so desired to Cancer Research UK. A collection box shall be available after the service.
