Doreen was as strong a person as I have ever known. She sadly had a stroke a few years before she died which left her barely able to communicate using speech and writing (asphasia). However, she battled on admirably and had a wonderful sense of humour. During her life she did a lot for charity and ran several pubs and cafes along with being a brilliant dancer and dance teacher. She loved cats and I had the fortune to meet her later on in her years but we lost touch when I moved away from Bristol. Very sad to hear of her passing. Rest In Peace Doreen x
