David AnthonySMITHPassed away suddenly but peacefully at Queen's Hospital, Burton on 25th February 2023 aged 68 years surrounded by his immediate family Kathryn, James, and Amy. He is also survived by his mother Ruth, and sister Jo, both of Port Hope, Ontario, Canada. His presence in our family will be missed greatly. A Thanksgiving Service for David's life will be held on Friday 17th March service time 11.30 am at Repton United Reformed Church, Pinfold Lane, Repton, Derbyshire. Family flowers only.
