RoystonSMITHRoy passed away peacefully with his family at his side on 29th June, 2023 after a short battle with cancer, aged 75 years. He leaves behind wife Jackie, sons Gary & Lee, and daughter Sara. Daughters-in-law Kay and Natalie, grandchildren Rochelle, Holly, Idris and Xavier. He was a much loved husband, father, grandad, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. Previously of the R.A.F. and employee of Coventry Wholesale Market, Publican and Walkers Crisps. He was loved and will be missed by all who knew him. Funeral Service to be held on Tuesday 1st August at 1:30 pm Cannon Hill Chapel, Canley Crematorium. All are welcome to join the family and continue celebrating Roy's life afterwards at the Lime Tree Social Club, Templar Avenue, CV4 9BQ. Family flowers only by request, donations in lieu to Cancer Research UK may be made on the day or via the on-line memorial website www.muchloved.com. I didn’t know Roy personally but Gaz and Nat spoke about him with such love and warmth that I feel like I did. Such a character who will leave lots of memories. Sending love to all the family.
