Ethel IrisSMITHPeacefully, whilst in the devoted care of Ladysmith Care Home, Grimsby on Friday 9th February 2024, Rusty passed away, aged 89 years. Rusty was the loving wife of the late Colin, an adored mum of Colin, Jill, Dean and Wayne and a beloved mother-in-law of Carolyn, Jess and Jo.
Rusty was also a treasured nana to Luke, Gavin, Max, Sam and Jasper, a cherished sister, aunt and a good friend to all. Rusty will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A service to celebrate Rusty's life will take place on Friday 8th March 2024, at 12 noon at the Grimsby Crematorium. The family have asked if mourners could wear a splash of colour in Rusty's memory.
The family have requested family flowers only, please, but in lieu of these, donations in Rusty's name may be made to Hearing Dogs for the Deaf or can be given on the day of the service.
