PatSMITHOn 10th April 2024 suddenly but peacefully at home after an illness bravely borne, aged 67 years. Loving partner of the late Robbie, a much loved mum to Mark, Karen and Gareth. A dear mother-in-law to Tony, a proud and devoted grandma to Anthony, Ryan, Paige, Riley and Zac. A much loved sister, auntie and good friend to many.
A Service will be held at Huddersfield Crematorium on Wednesday 8th May at 12:30pm. Would friends please accept this the only intimation and kindly meet at the Crematorium.
Family flowers only please, but donations may be given to West Yorkshire Motor Neurone Disease, a plate will be provided after the Service.
