Passed peacefully away at Musgrove Park Hospital on Monday, April 22nd 2024 aged 61 years. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral Service to be held at St. Lawrence's Church, Westbury Sub Mendip on Monday, May 20th at 11.00am to be followed by private cremation.
Family flowers only but donations if desired for the 'Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance' may be left at the church or forwarded to:
