GeraldSMITHWe sadly announce the devastating passing of Mr Gerald Smith (Gerry) on 29th April at 2.25am, aged 62 at Dove House Hospice. Husband of Tracey Smith and loving father of Charlotte and Alastair and step father to Tanya and James and Grandad (Gang Gang) to Nilah, Oscar, Savannah and Riley. An incredibly brave man full of love and laughter, who brought joy and love to so many people's lives. A smile that lights up the room. He showed such courage whilst fighting cancer for the last 5 and a half years. He will be loved and missed for all of eternity. Resting at Hortons Funeral home, North Cave, close to his favourite car boot on a Sunday. Funeral on 24th May. Family flowers only and we kindly ask for Donations for Dove House Hospice and Queens Castle Hill who played a huge part in Gerry's journey and whom Gerry was eternally grateful for.
