AdrianSMITHSadly on Friday 10th of May 2024 surrounded by his loving family Ade fell asleep in the care of Cloverdale Care Home, Laceby.
Deeply missed by his beloved wife "Mrs Smith", loving dad to Sue and Steve, a much-loved grandad, great-grandad and a good friend to many.
A funeral service will be held at St Bartholomew's Church, Keelby on Tuesday 28th May at 10.15am followed by interment in Keelby Cemetery.
