FrancisSMITHFrank, passed away peacefully on 3rd July at Northern General Hospital, Sheffield, surrounded by his family, aged 70 years.

Much loved Husband to Tracey, devoted Dad to Annmarie, Sasha and the late David, and a much loved father-in-law to Lee and Ali, a much loved Grandad and very proud Old Grandad.

Funeral Service on Wednesday 24th July 2024 at Grenoside Crematorium, Sheffield at 3:30pm.

Family flowers only, but donations if so desired to United Cerebral Palsy (UCP).

Frank will be loved and missed by all who knew him.

My darling Frank
It's been 4 months since you passed away and the days don't get any easier. You have left a huge hole in my heart. All I pray for is that you are at peace. Frank my love for you will never end as you where the best husband I could ever have. My heart is still breaking and my tears still fall. But most of all I love and will always love you. I sit and think of you
