Patricia AnnSMITH("Ann") Peacefully on Friday 26th of July 2024, in Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby, Ann fell asleep surrounded by her loving family aged 79 years.

Loving wife of 60 years to Don, cherished mum to Debbie and David and his wife Louisa. A loving grandma to Jack and Benjamin and a great friend to many.

A funeral service will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Friday the 16th of August at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only please by request. Donations in lieu to Andy's Children's Hospice, Peaks Lane, Grimsby, DN32 9RP.
