John RedleySMITHPassed away peacefully on 17th July, aged 93.
Jack was a dearly loved husband to the late Gill. Father to Paul, Chris and Karen, Grandad to Alex and Scarlett, Father in Law to Clare, Sharon and Colin, and Uncle to many.
A funeral service will be held for Jack at St Bartholomew's Church, Elvaston, on Monday 12th August at 12 noon.
Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, can be given to the Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance Service.
