David JohnSMITHIt is with huge heart break & sadness that we announce the sudden passing of David (Smiffy) on 8th August 2024. Aged 56. After a long suffering illness & years of awful pain. He can now rest with the angels & be at peace.

Loving adored Husband of 35 years to Elaine, dear Dad of Son Kane & Daughters Chelsey & Kasey, Father in law of Sophie & Mike & much loved Grampy to Summer, Preston, Buddy, Isla, Marley & Mikey. A special man to the rest of his family & to so many many friends.

A celebration of his life to be held at the Cheltenham Crematorium on Thursday 5th September at 2.00pm in the Oak Chapel. Casual dress. David loved jeans, trainers & navy blue.

Flowers care of Alexander Burns 436 High Street, Cheltenham, GL50 3JA. Donations to Macmillan & Sue Ryder can be sent to Alexander Burns.

Dave today Elaine and all the family done you proud and gave you a good send off at the funeral service. With so many of your friends there as well it was a good service and showed what a good family man you was and had many friends. Rest in peace now Dave.
