Thomas (Tom) Samuel Smith aged 84 years resident of Richmond House Care Home Crieff, Husband of the late Frances (Burns), Dad to Cathie, Paul and Tommy. Father-in-law of Euan, Susan and Vicki. Grandad to Paul, Danielle and Ian. Great-Grandad to Penelope.
Funeral Private at His request.
The family wish to express their thanks at this time to the staff of Richmond House for the excellent care Tom received, the Doctors and District Nurses of Crieff Blue Practice, the staff on Ward 42 Ninewells, also to the staff of P.R.I. and Crieff Community Hospital who have provided care to Tom over the last few years. Also to Andrew Gauld Independent Funeral Director for his assistance in the arrangements.
