CaroleSMITHPeacefully on Monday 11th November at her home in Leek, Carole aged 88 years.

The dearly loved wife of the late Brian and a much loved mum of David, dear mother-in-law of Jean and treasured nana of Sam and Emily.

Service and cremation to take place on Tuesday 3rd December at Carmountside Crematorium at 10.00am.

Family flowers only please, donations may be sent to The Alzheimer's Society.
