Funeral service to be held at St Bede's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium on Friday December 27th at 1pm prior to cremation. Friends please meet at St Bede's Chapel.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to The Alzheimer's Society, retiring collection at the chapel.
