AnnSMITHAnn passed away peacefully at Douglas Court Care Home on Thursday 5th December 2024 aged 91 years.
Much loved wife to the late Henry, Mum to Julie, Martin and Christine. A dearly loved Grandma and Great Grandma.
A service to remember Ann will be held at Ashbourne Road Church on Tuesday 14th January 2025 at 11.15 am, followed by a committal at Markeaton Crematorium at 12.30pm.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu for Alzheimer's society and Ashbourne Road Church.
