SamSMITHPassed away peacefully at home after a short battle with cancer, Sam, aged 52 years of
The Black Horse, Llanybri, formerly of Christchurch, Dorset.

Beloved husband of Claire, loving father of Dylan and Kai, much loved son of Steve and Miranda,
dear brother of Ben and Hannah.

Funeral on Wednesday, 17th June 2026.
Public service at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth at 12.15pm.
Please wear bright colours.

I first met Sam at CAHMS with my teenage sons Rhys and Jack, they both took to Sam immediately ( which is rare as they don’t talk to anyone due to their ASD) he guided them through their teenage years and when he moved to Haven he was a huge support with the diagnosis of our daughter Ella, I remember Ella flapping about on the floor of the waiting room in Haven and Sam just smiling and said I can diagnose from here ;) I have only just found out about his passing as I was calling the Haven this morning to ask to speak to Sam, I am so sorry to hear this news and he always talked about his boys during our appointments, he was a lovely man and we will miss him x
