SusanSMITHIt is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Susan Smith, Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, retired music teacher of Dalbeattie High School, on Monday the 8th June 2026. Susan passed away peacefully at home the morning after her 101st birthday celebrations, surrounded by her family.
A celebration of Susan's life will be held at Roucan Loch Crematorium, Dumfries on Monday 29th June at 2pm.
All friends are respectfully invited to attend, Susan's favourite colour was yellow so please feel free to incorporate something yellow into your attire if you wish.
Family flowers only please. If so desired, donations to RNIB talking books and Lochmaben Hospital can be given at the service.
