Devoted and much loved wife to Cliff. Much loved and treasured mum to Liz and son-in-Law, Peter. Cherished and loved nanna to James.
Hazel will be deeply and sadly missed, but very much fondly remembered with love.
Funeral service to take place at St. Matthew's Church, Birches Head on Thursday 13th August 2026 at 12.30pm, followed by Interment at Burslem Cemetery.
Would all family and friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the Church.
