FrancisSMYTH24.07.26 - 14.03.14 Sadly passed away on the 14th March 2014 at Good Hope Hospital aged 87. Much loved father, grandfather and great-grandfather, who will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The family would like to thank all who attended Frank's funeral and for all the donations received for Crohn's and Colitis UK. Reunited with his late wife Rosaleen and daughter Bernadette. May he rest in peace.
