Lauren EllenSMYTHPassed away peacefully on 7th March 2023, aged 27 years in the Nightingale Macmillan Unit, at the Royal Derby Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Lauren was an adored daughter of Kev and Angie, a beloved sister of Calum, a cherished long-term partner to Callum, and much-loved niece and cousin to many. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her, but especially by her close friends Emma, Bethan, Emily, Jess, and Becks. Lauren was a social butterfly who was loved by many and lit up any room she entered, she was known for her sense of humour, infectious laugh and quick wit. Lauren will be received into St. Mary's Catholic Church, Darley Lane DE1 3AX at 6 pm on Wednesday 26th April. Funeral Thursday 27th April, Requiem Mass at 1 pm, followed by interment at Nottingham Road Cemetery, Chaddesden DE21 6FN. At Lauren's request please feel able to wear a splash of red.
