EmmaSNOWDONSadly passed away peacefully at home in her sleep on May 20th.

Much loved wife to Mark, loving mam to Jack, Lucy, Ben and Elsie, daughter to Ken, Sandra, Colin and sister to Rachel, loving daughter-in-law to Carol and George, sister-in-law to Gail, Julie, Michael and Michelle, also a much loved auntie and best friend of Diane.

Funeral to take place at St Paul's Church, Stockton at 10.45am, then on to her final resting place at Durham Road Cemetery on Thursday 13th June. Afterwards at The Fairfield Social Club.

We hold you close within our hearts and there you will remain to walk beside us everyday, until we meet again, fly high with the Angels XX
