It's a year today since we held your hand, but every day your name is spoken and many an hour you are in our thoughts, a link in our family chain broken, but you remain deep within our hearts. We miss you more than words can describe, but thinking of you and all the time we spent together brings a HUGE smile to all of our faces, as Those we love don't go away they walk beside us every day.
