Solicitor and Tribunal Judge, passed away on 14th June 2015, aged 71 years, Mr Kevin Richard Souter, beloved husband of Gabrielle, much loved father of Genevieve and Claire, a loving grandfather of Edwin, Alexander and Ava, also a dear brother of Brian and John. Kevin will be greatly missed by all friends and colleagues.
