Phyllis (nee Summerly), beloved wife of the late Joseph, loving mam to John, Kathleen and Stewart, a much loved mother-in-law and adored grandma and great grandma. Family and friends please meet for Funeral Service at St. Cuthbert's Church, North Shields on Thursday, 5th November at 11.30am followed by a family only cremation at Tynemouth Crematorium at 12.00noon. Family flowers only, by request. Donations in lieu, if desired, can be made at the Church for the Alzheimer's Society. R.I.P.
