Hazel ChristineSOUTHGATEOur family are very sad to announce the sudden death of Hazel Christine Southgate from Hoddesdon, who passed away on 8th July at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow. Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday 3rd September at the Enfield Crematorium at 11am (please be aware the Crematorium is now in the ULEZ zone) and afterwards at The Galley Hall pub, Hailey Lane, SG13 7NY. Paul, Julia and their families welcome anyone who knew Mum and would like to pay their respects on the 3rd. Please wear a 'splash of pink and/or purple' to celebrate her life. There will be family flowers and we welcome any others should you wish to do so, or alternatively a donation to The Williams Day Unit in Harlow would be very welcome to thank them for the wonderful care and treatment that Mum received. Please donate online to: donate.justgiving.com/charity/PAHNHS When you donate, please add the code for The Williams Day Unit 4C45. Cash or cheque donations are also possible at the funeral but again please use the Williams Day Unit 4C45 code to ensure the money goes specifically to the unit where Mum was receiving her treatment.
