DavidSOWDENIt is announced with immense sadness that after a sudden, brief, severe illness Prof/Dr David Sowden unexpectedly died on 28th October 2023.

The Farewell will be at Bretby Crematorium on Thursday 23rd November 2023 at 2.15pm.

Family flowers only please; donations in lieu of flowers if so desired for Breadline Africa and Campaign for Dignity in People Dying and any enquiries may be made to:

His legacy extends far beyond his work as a doctor, educator and an inspirational leader, he was a shining example of the power that true humanity holds.
