JamesSPALDINGThis Christmas we mourn the unexpected death of our beloved son James/Jim/sometimes 'Posh Jim" from his southern accent who died in Bembridge the day after Boxing Day last year visiting his parents home in the Isle of Wight. He was 39.
He was an accomplished chef who planned to open his own restaurant GOBMCR in Ancoats, Manchester where he lived for many years on his canal boat Lady Grey.
He is now buried in a woodland sanctuary on the Isle of Wight and greatly missed by us and his many friends, mother Pat, father Tony and sister Kate.
