PatriciaSPANSWICKPat sadly passed away peacefully at home on Friday 26th April after a brave battle with cancer.

There are not enough words to explain what you meant to us all, you were our diamond.

Her funeral will be held at Weston Mill Crematorium on Friday 17th May at 12:15. All are welcome to join the family at the funeral and afterwards at Manadon Sports Hub PL5 3FD.

Family flowers only please, donations to MacMillan & St Luke's if would like to make a contribution.
