Ted was the best possible neighbour and member of a community anyone could have hoped for. Always kind and generous with his time as well as home grown vegetables and fruit, firewood, a fiver for our young children or likely anything you would ever need. He even took time to help me with my school work when we had to write about WWII, which was as fascinating as it was helpful. We can only wish that of all the lives he touched, all will live up to his example. With much love, Tim, Jayne, Sammy and Ollie
