DoreenSPENCERPassed away at the Royal Derby Hospital, 27th June 2022 aged 93 years. Much loved wife of Fred for 70 years, cherished mum to Bryn, Richard, Kirstie and Lynne, grandma to Jack, Sophie, Craig and Suzie. Doreen was born and lived in Lincoln and then Boston until moving to Derby with her parents in 1939 just after which she met her future husband (Fred). As well as sharing a love for cinema and dancing they spent time touring the UK on a motorcycle and enjoyed travelling abroad to places like Italy and France. Later in life, Doreen enjoyed being a dog owner and loved walking her Border Collies at places like Elvaston Castle. Doreen will be sadly missed by all who knew her. A funeral service will take place at Markeaton Crematorium Main Chapel on Tuesday 26th July 2022 at 3.30 pm.
