Connie, beloved wife of the late Vin, much loved mam of John, Chris and Carol, dear mother-in-law of Gala, Bill and Alan, dearly loved grandma of Mark and his wife Kim and great grandma to Caleb.
Funeral to be held at The West Road Crematorium on Tuesday 28th November at 12:45pm. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers to go to Alzheimer's Research.
