Edward JohnSPENCERIt is with great sadness that the family would like to announce the peaceful passing of Eddie whilst at his home in Grimsby surrounded by his loving family on Monday 1st April 2024, aged 78 years.
Eddie was a devoted member of the Grimsby Sea Cadets for many years as well as the loving Husband of Ellen, an adored Dad of Rob, Dave and Sue and a beloved Father-in-Law of Karen, Dawn, and Doug.
Eddie was also a much-loved Grandad of Josh, Joe, Adam, Bradley, Leeroy, Declan, Callum, Beth and Aleigha, a precious Great Grandad of Oliver, Olivia, Elsie and Freya, a special Brother-in-law of Ann, a dear Uncle of Janet and Angela and Friend to many. Eddie will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
A service to celebrate Eddie's life will take place on Friday 26th April 2024 at 3pm at the Grimsby Crematorium.
Family flowers only but if so, desired donations made be made in lieu of to St Andrews Hospice in Eddie's memory or can be given on the day of the service.
