BillSPRAGGOur dear beloved Father, Bill Spragg, passed away peacefully on 1st October 2019, aged 91 years. Bill's Funeral will be held at the Cheltenham Crematorium Willow Chapel on Tuesday 22nd October at 1.30pm. He was cherished and loved by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
