JoanSPRINGETT(nee Perkins) May 1, 2017 Died peacefully in the Countess of Chester Hospital, in her 99th year. She was the wife of the late Ernest, was mother to Thomas, Theresa and Tony and grandmother to James, Kate and Joseph. Born in Hatton, Shropshire, Joan was a teacher all of her life and was a founder member of the Chester Samaritans and Chester Women's Aid. She will be missed by all who knew her.
