ElsieSQUIRESIt is with great sadness, we announce the passing of Elsie Squires aged 89 years on 13th October 2022. She was the beloved wife of Dave for nearly 65 years, mother of six daughters, a grandmother, a great grandmother and a great, great grandmother to a large family. At the time of her retirement from her nursing career, she was a sister of neonatal care at the QMC hospital. Despite increasing frailty over the last few years, she retained her lively mind, interest in people and politics and her wry sense of humour. She will be greatly missed by her extensive family and all who knew her. The funeral service will be held at Gedling Crematorium on Thursday 3rd November at 3pm.
