ColinSTANFORDPeacefully on 25th February 2020 at Castle Hill Hospital aged 78 Years. Reunited with his loving Wife Margaret. Devoted Dad, Grandad, Great Grandad & Brother. Cortege to leave residence Monday 9th March at 1.40pm, for service at St. Swithin's Church, Sproatley 2pm prior to Interment. Resting Mike East & Family Funeral Directors, 239 Southcoates Lane. Chapel hours Mon - Fri 10am to 4.30pm, Sat 10am -12 noon. Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Queens Centre, C.H.H. collection plate at service.

On the 25th February my grandad spread his wings and flew away to heaven, where he can be pain free. You're now with all the rest of the angels and one in particular your wife and my grandma, It still hasn’t sunk in the fact you're no longer with us but you’ll be forever in my heart just like grandma is and always by my side. 16 years you’ve managed without grandma by your side but now you’ve got her with you forever, I’m so happy I made you the proudest grandad in the world! I’ll miss you and love you forever... until we meet again sleep tight my darling angel and keep shining so bright... love from Jodie (granddaughter) xxxxx
