Laurence DavidSTANTONOf Darwin Road, Little Warren, Port Talbot. Sadly passed away at Morriston Hospital on Monday 21st November 2022, aged 86 Years. Beloved husband of the late Ann. Cherished father of Philip & Hywel. Much loved father in law of Susan & Linda. Loving grandfather of Francesca, Jack, Holly, Jamie, Eloise & their partners. Proud great grandfather of Reggie, Albi & Lyra. Dear brother of Rose, Gladys and the late Mary, Tommy, Cecile, Pat, Des, Raymond & Gerald. Laurie was a well respected and much loved Tenor of the Cymric and Morriston Orpheus Male Voice Choirs. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Laurie will be leaving from his home address at 11.15am on Friday 16th December 2022 for a memorial service and celebration of his life in Margam Crematorium at 12pm Midday. Following the memorial service, Laurie's final journey will take him to Porthcawl Cemetery for a private burial service, where he will be reunited with his darling Ann. Those attending the memorial service are advised there is no requirement to wear formal clothing. Family flowers only by request, however donations in loving memory may be given on the day or directly to The British Heart Foundation.
