DorothySTEABLERIt is with great sadness to announce that Dot, aged 81 years passed away peacefully at home on the 8th January 2025. A much loved wife to the late George, a dear mum to Terry, Lynn and Michael. Dot was also a treasured nanna, great-nanna, sister, auntie, mother-in-law, a great friend to many and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

A service to celebrate the life of Dot will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Monday 27th January at 3.00pm.

By request family flowers only, but donations in Dot's memory can be made to Diabetes UK, a donation box will be available on the day.

Beautiful Dot inside and out. So sorry to hear this. I knew Dot all of my life. She was one of the original Langton closes when the houses were built in the early 60s. Like my mam and Dad never moved. I don't think there is any left now out of 30 families. It's the end of an era. Dot always said hello when I saw her and asked about mam and Dad. I will miss her cherries hello. Dot will be sorely missed. Fly high beautiful lady go find your familyand hold them tight. Remember you with love always. Mandy Bunting
