She will be greatly missed by all her loving family and friends.

Funeral service will be held in the Valley Chapel, Haycombe Crematorium, Bath on Wednesday 30th October 2024 at 12:15pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Jackie for St Peter's Hospice & Meningitis Research may be given on the day. Thank you.
