Tony was always good fun and a gentleman . He was a great uncle . We had many holidays where he would play sports with Billy and Jon mainly on the beach and the green at Dymchurch . Recently we watched a video where we were all on the beach at Dymchurch and Tony was chasing the boys into the sea , there was lots and lots of laughter ! The boys used to love cooking on the bbq with Sue and Tony in the Dymchurch garden . Unfortunately in 1996 Sue died suddenly and eventually Tony moved away . After a while we lost regular contact relying just on a Christmas card . (I did send one as usual this year ) and now understand why we didn’t get one in return , very sad . Thank you for the memories Tony rest in peace much love Loraine Billy and Jon xxxx

Just heard the very sad news about Tony. I feel absolutely gutted. I had some of the best times of my life with Tony, holidays, days at the races, many great tennis matches and so much more.
Only last week Loraine sent Tony his Xmas card, and we were looking forward to receiving his as per usual, but obviously it’s not going to arrive. God bless you Tony RIP X
