Passed away peacefully in hospital with her daughter, daughter in law and grandson by her side.
The funeral service will take place at Worcester Crematorium on Friday 28th March at 1.45pm.
Family flowers only please.
Donations, in memory of Kathleen, can be sent direct to Cancer research UK or will be collected in the chapel on the day of the service.
