ConnieSTOAKESPeacefully, at Hill Top Care Home, on 8th May 2024, aged 87 years.
Beloved wife of the late George, much loved mum of Kevin and Graham, loving grandma of Thomas and Luke, and great grandma of Kayden and the late Antony, dear mother in law of Susan, sadly missed by Karen and a good friend to many.
A service to celebrate Connie's life will be held at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe on Tuesday 28th May at 2.40pm.
