Charles RichardSTOKES ((known as Jim))(known as Jim) 1928-2020 Died suddenly on Sunday 22nd November 2020 at the Royal Derby Hospital, aged 92 years. Jim was a much loved widower of Wendy, devoted partner to Phyllis, father to Paul, Robin, Phillip (deceased), Susan, Jennifer, Carole and Tina, father-in-law, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather and a wonderful uncle and friend to many. A great character who had a long and amazing life. He will always be remembered with a smile. Due to current covid restrictions a private service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium, Main Chapel on Monday 7th December 2020 at 10.00am. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to Treetops Hospice online to the Derby Evening Telegraph or the Funeral Director.
