PatriciaSTONEFormerly Hayward Pat Peacefully on Friday 20th September 2019 at Singleton Hospital Pat, aged 74 years. Loving and devoted mother of Michael, Suzanne, Andrew and the late Paul. Mother-in-law of Kathryn, Zander and the late Zjanien. Cherished grandmother and great-grandmother, loving sister of Joan and the late Terry. Funeral Friday 4th October, friends please kindly meet at Swansea Crematorium at 2:30pm. Family request bright colours in memory of Pat please. Family flowers only. Further inquiries c/o Fforestfach Funeralcare, 155 Ravenhill Road, Fforestfach, Swansea. SA5 5AH.
