Patricia AnnSTONEMick and family would like to thank all of their family and friends for their kind messages of love and support at this very sad time and for the beautiful floral tributes received for Pat's funeral. Special thanks to the Ambulance Service and the Doctor's at Derwent Valley Medical Practice for their care and attention and not forgetting Sarah and the team of district nurses and the Macmillan Nurses for looking after Pat so well. .
